You had me at hello! I followed up on three different recommendations, and when I met Alyssa, I knew that she was the expert that I wanted working at my rental property! First priority was to remove wallpaper from the entire townhouse, a job that requires effort and patience, determination and skill. Paper was stripped, walls were washed to remove paste, imperfections were filled, walls were primed with a stain blocking primer and a coat of fresh start was applied to all walls with great attention to detail. Next; all ceilings, walls, trim and the inside of closets were painted to perfection...What wallpaper!? Many other details were improved upon along the way: upgrading of light fixtures, doorstoppers, new switch plates & grates, hardware to reinforce the shelving in the closets, anchoring of the banister on the stairway and fresh, clear lightbulbs to highlight the master bath. Alyssa even coordinated the selection of new carpeting to complement their work. Clean, neat, thorough all with a Smile and attention to detail! We highly recommend Alyssa, Dan and crew at ALM Custom Painting, thank you for transforming our rental into an upgraded, fresh, (would love to live there) home.

We had custom kitchen cabinets installed and needed to change/match the pantry and closet doors. We hired ALM in June 2016 to achieve our goal. Unbelievable work ALM did. Most people who view our kitchen think we had custom doors made to match. ALM glazed the doors to match the cabinetry. ALM in 2017 did a bathroom project for us as well. I have used Alyssa for two painting jobs, first for my remodeled laundry room and most recently for my remodeled master bathroom. She not only painted with care and precision but she helped me select beautiful colors for each room.
